Peafowl Blues

Quick-ish little speedpaint of a random idea I had lingering around for my First Contact War universe.

Different aspects to it, for one it's a different type of bird than the usual gryphon, and I also touch a bit on magic. How the gryphons are towards it, although this is just a basic concept on it, so there may be some changes, nor is it really fleshed out completely yet, although I do have a good rough idea of where I want to go.

Gryphons may not have a natural affinity to magic like Unicorns, but Unicorn horns are no the only thing, as magic still has a passive presence in the world in different forms. (Think Tree of Harmony, and other creatures, or Zecora)

The world Gryphons and Equines live in is vast and varied, with mysteries everywhere. The equine Sirens of Albicant have possibly stumbled upon such things themself, and so can the Gryphons. Given time, peculiar developments can happen.

Anyhow, my writing is a bit derp maybe, but yea, like I said it's still a bit of a rough idea, and so is this piece! It all works together I guess.
