End of a Golden Age

Finale art doesn't stop here.

Never made the library before and I wouldn't have imagined this kind of scene being the first...
Right in the feels.

I think this is the closest they could get to "killing a character" and they did so magnificently, I still feel it. One of the most impact full parts I think, so I just had to make it somehow.
Wasn't sure whether to go with aftermath or in action.
Thought I'd go with what might give the most interesting result, so here we go!

Science of explosions caused by magic beams, now that's something I wasn't sure what the best approach was for. At least I've done explosions before hehe.
Also helped with hiding parts of the tree so I didn't have to make those.
